Films are rendered on your device. To direct and score a film, the studio sends your brief to Anthropic and a soundtrack brief to ElevenLabs. MographAI does not keep your projects.

Directing a film

The director runs on Claude with an Anthropic API key. The studio sends Anthropic your brief text, the website address you entered (Anthropic fetches that page), any screenshots you add, frames sampled from a reference video if you upload one, and low-resolution stills of each draft. Anthropic's terms and data policies apply. If you use your own key, it is stored in this browser and sent only to api.anthropic.com.

Scoring a film

Original scores are composed by ElevenLabs. The request contains only the soundtrack brief the director wrote (family, genre, instruments, mood, styles to avoid), the tempo and key, and the length and musical direction of each section of the film. A track you upload yourself never leaves your device.

Sharing a film

Nothing is shared unless you choose to get a link. Then the film's video, two stills from it, its title and logline, and your product's name and website address are stored with Vercel (Blob storage) and Upstash (a database), and anyone with the link can watch it. A shared film is on the launch wall only if you put it there. Hearts and views are counted against a keyed hash of the visitor's address and browser, never the address itself. The browser that shared a film can delete it from the film's page; that removes its files and counts.

What stays in your browser

Your current film, brief, brand kits and house rules are saved in this browser's local storage. Clear site data to remove them.

Website analytics

We use Plausible for aggregate website analytics. We do not send your brief, URLs you enter, uploads or film text as analytics properties. See Plausible's data policy. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes requests needed to deliver and secure the site.
